List all authors. If more than one, indicate the presenter with an asterisk.
List the affiliation of each author in the order in which they appear in the author line.
List the email for person who is to receive any communication about the meeting.
List the phone number of the person who is to receive any communication about the meeting.
Limit your abstract to 350 words (2,500 characters) or less.
